- UI/UX Design
- Branding
- Graphic Design
- Video Production
- Digital Marketing (SEO, Copywriting, Social Media, Email)
- Future Services (Cybersecurity & Computer Networking)
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Service Engagement
Project Scope
All services are defined by a mutually agreed project proposal, quote, or contract before commencement. Any changes to scope may result in adjusted timelines or fees.
Onboarding
Clients must complete all onboarding steps (including briefing documents, access credentials, and initial payments) before work begins.
Delivery
Timelines are estimated and depend on client responsiveness. Delays in feedback or asset provision may result in adjusted timelines.
Payments
Fees and Billing
- Projects are billed based on agreed milestones or fixed packages.
- Marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance.
- All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
You can also use cookie management tools or opt-out via industry platforms like:
- Payment terms are 7 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Payment Terms
Due to the creative nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (designs, websites, videos, etc.).
- Building Blocks retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless the client requests NDA protection.
Previews and Drafts
All concepts, drafts, and strategies remain the property of Building Blocks until approved and paid in full.
Client Responsibilities
Client Agrees to:
- Provide timely feedback and content.
- Supply accurate and legal information.
- Maintain all required permissions (e.g., logos, domain ownership, platform access).
Confidentiality
All client information, strategies, and data are treated as confidential. We will not disclose or share information without written consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Building Blocks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination must be paid in full. Unused retainers are non refundable.
Future Services Disclaimer
Cybersecurity and networking services are currently in development. Any early offerings in these areas are delivered in beta/limited format until official launch.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
